About the Disability Advocacy Section
The Disability Advocacy Section consists of North Carolina Advocates for Justice members who represent claimants who have been denied Social Security Disability Benefits. The Section provides an excellent network of experienced practioners that are willing to share their knowledge. We are very active in pursuing legislation that will improve our ability to serve our clients. The section continues to provide excellent CLE opportunities. Our goal is to improve advocacy by providing education and pursuing positive legislation.
